II.2.4) Description of the procurement
Under this QSN we may procure:
1) Works in relation to blowers including installation (more than incidental to supply) and repair and dismantling/removal from site;
2) Services in relation to blowers including design, testing, inspection, commissioning, training, maintenance services, technical services, decommissioning, recycling and disposal;
3) Supplies in relation to blowers including supply of blowers and parts and the incidental installation of blowers supplied;
4) Contracts and/or Framework Agreements within one of categories 1, 2 and 3 above or covering a combination from categories 1, 2 and 3;
And categories 1, 2 and 3 are not separate lots and thus applicants have to qualify for all aspects.
Although the register will be indefinitely open, to be included in the first phase of projects/works, you will need to have applied and submitted a completed PQQ response by noon on 4.2.2019.
Please note being successful in admittance to the register doesn’t guarantee any work being awarded from Thames Water for this procurement.

Precise information on deadline(s) for review procedures:
Thames Water Utilities Ltd will incorporate a standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. That notification will provide full information on the award decision. The standstill period, which will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days, provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into.
The Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016 provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland).
