The school has a purpose built catering facility that includes a well equipped kitchen and large modern dining room.
In addition the school operates “The Leaf”, a 50 cover fine dining training restaurant with fully licensed bar for students studying hospitality. The school would like to discuss the potential for this training facility to be managed by the successful catering company.
