Guinness is carrying out this procurement to put in place a 4-year, multi-lot framework for the for the provision of grounds maintenance services to the communal areas of our estates.

Activities in scope include, but are not limited to:

— gardening and maintenance of green areas,

— removal of litter and debris from grassed areas, hard standings, car parks, roads, etc.,

— removal of invasive weeds, plants, ivies and self-rooting trees,

— graffiti removal,

— bulk waste collection and disposal,

— basic tree maintenance.

The intention is to appoint either one supplier to lot 8, or three suppliers to Lots 1, 2 and 3, and the same for Lot 9 against Lots 4, 5 and 6 respectively. Lot 7 shall remain a stand-alone lot.
