The estimated contract value is approx. 2 700 000 GBP over the duration of nine years i.e. 300 000 GBP per annum. WMHG will be seeking to appoint a service provider who can demonstrate previous experience of providing a guaranteed 24-hour, 365/6 days a year responsive maintenance cover including out of hours services. A primary requirement will be an understanding of how these services should be delivered in rural and widely dispersed geographical areas.
