M&Y maintenance and construction wish to appoint an experienced service provider for the supply of core materials, van stock management and merchant services delivered via an integrated ICT solution across the North West.
M&Y will utilise bespoke terms and conditions, it is intended that the contract will run for an initial term of 5 years, extendable for a further term of up to 5 years.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement
M&Y maintenance and construction wish to appoint an experienced service provider for the supply of core materials, van stock management and merchant services delivered via an integrated ICT solution across the North West.
Refer to tender requirements and specification for full details of the services required by M&Y maintenance and construction.
The estimated contract value for Year 1 is c. 2 200 000 GBP based on the current turnover of the organisation. From Year 2 of the contract M&Y maintenance and construction reserve the right to add the supply of materials in support of other workstreams including but not limited to the supply gas servicing and repair materials and heating installation materials within the contract. Based on the addition of heating and gas servicing materials the estimated spend across the contract will be c. 3 200 000 GBP per annum.
The total value included within the contract notice is 44 750 000 GBP across the maximum 10-year term which allows for the future growth aspirations of M&Y maintenance and construction during the contract term, including the inclusion of the workstreams detailed above.

M&Y maintenance and construction will incorporate a standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. That notification will provide full information on the award decision. The standstill period, which will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days, provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into. The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (SI 2015 No. 102) provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales, and Northern Ireland).
