II.2.4) Description of the procurement
Herts for Learning Multi Academy Trust, St Meryl School and Inclusive Multi Academy Trust (the Clients) invite you to tender for the provision of school meals and other catering services at their Primary Academies.
The Trusts are looking for contractors to demonstrate their experience and expertise to manage the catering services across thirteen primary academies and, potentially, further schools who join the Trusts during the contract period.
The tender maybe be awarded to a single supplier, with a separate contract for each legal entity (the Clients) or be awarded to two suppliers with a separate contract for each legal entity (the Clients)
The contract will be awarded for a period of three years with the option to extend for up to a further 2 years, commencing from 1.6.2019
