NHS Bassetlaw CCG (BCCG) is seeking to appoint a single provider for the provision of a Social Prescribing service as outlined below. The service is required to be based in a community setting in Bassetlaw.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement
The purpose of this PIN is to identify any organisations interested in providing this Service to engage with the CCG. The CCG would like potential providers to express an interest by submitting a written overview of the Service they can provide which meets the objectives outlined in the briefing.
The CCG are not liable for any costs incurred by those expressing an interest in this PIN or, for any future tendering activity.
Please submit your expressions of interest in a written document, maximum of 1 500 words.
Responses should include particular reference to:
— Partnership working with NHS Bassetlaw CCG
— Details of the geographical locations of the premises / facilities you intend to use to deliver the service and how you will support referrals
— Detailed knowledge of the VCS in Bassetlaw, the issues and needs of the sector.
