North East Lincolnshire Council (NELC) on behalf of the Greater Lincolnshire Local Economic Partnership (LEP) is delivering the Smart Energy, Greater Lincolnshire (SEGL) project. The SEGL programme aims to develop and deliver highly innovative energy efficiency, smart energy management, and renewable energy projects for public buildings.
ENGIE Services Ltd on behalf of North East Lincolnshire Council is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to carry out replacement boiler works at Grimsby Auditorium

II.2.4) Description of the procurement
NELC have received 5 400 000 GBP (of a total programme value of 9 200 000 GBP) of funding from the England European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) as part of the European Structural and Investment Funds Growth Programme 2014-2020. The Ministry for housing, communities and local government is the managing authority for European Regional Development Fund. Established by the European Union, the European Regional Development Fund helps local areas stimulate their economic development by investing in projects which will support innovation, businesses, create jobs and local community regeneration. This project involves improvements to the existing plant and controls to improve the buildings overall energy consumption, metering and efficiency.
As this is ERDF funding we are required to advertise on OJEU. This is for information only and the project is not above the EU Threshold and the EU directives will not apply.
