Provision, implementation, maintenance and support of a software solution for the management of the University's apprenticeship programme, including provision of software and associated licensing. The University is open to considering SaaS, Hybrid or an on premises solution. Bidders are invited to submit proposals able to meet the University's requirements as set out in the tender documentation.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement
The University requires a robust solution to support the compliant administration of Individualised Learner Record (ILR) data returns and funding management. The University is therefore looking to engage with a supplier who has a proven track record within the field of apprenticeship management, ideally including experience of the higher education sector. The University plans to implement an apprenticeships management solution that will ensure its compliance with the ESFA Apprenticeship regulations and funding agreement. The solution must integrate with the University’s existing technical architecture and solutions.
