The contracting authority has identified the most economically advantageous tender (MEAT) on the basis of the ‘lowest price/cost submission.’ Compliance with all elements of the specification and all other requirements as listed in the tender documentation has been demonstrated. The range shown in II.2.14) of contract notice 2019/S 119-291300 will be used in the assessment of issues relating to materiality should they arise during the period of the framework.
