Mae'r Cyngor yn gwahodd buddgyfranogwyr i gyflwyno tendr ar gyfer darparu Gwasanaeth Ymgynghorol Rheolaeth y Trysorlys. Bydd hyn yn cynnwys rhoi cyngor ar fuddsoddiadau a benthyciadau'r Cyngor yn ogystal â chyngor cyfrifyddu technegol er mwyn sicrhau cydymffurfiaeth â rheoliadau.
