Acer Trust are currently out to tender for the provision of an outsourced cleaning service for 3 of the Trust schools. All secondary schools based in Oxfordshire, the service provision is required for Icknield Community College, Matthew Arnold School and Wood Green School. The contract commencement date is 1.12.2019 and is being tender for a term of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 terms of 12 months each. Acer Trust currently consists of 5 schools with the two primary schools of Stadhampton Primary School and Chalgrove Community Primary School are already in existing contracts but may look to join the Trust contract on renewal.

Acer Trust incorporated a standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. That notification provided full information on the award decision. The standstill period, which was for a minimum of 10 calendar days, provided time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland).
