This notice is issued in accordance with Reg 31 of the Concession Contracts Regulations 2016.
In response to the original Prior Information Notice 2019/S 153-377215 there were no bids received for Lot 4 Belfast Zoo. A separate notice will be issued regarding this in accordance with Reg 32 of the Public Contracts Regulations to explain the use of the negotiated procedure without prior publication in this instance.
