This will include the 978 tenanted properties, one care home and the Association’s offices at Castlemilk Stables. It will include reactive work to common areas but will not include planned and cyclical works to the stock or estates (such as open space maintenance, close cleaning, cyclical gutter cleaning), which are covered under separate contracts.
The main trades are joiner, plumber and electrician.
The contract will not include reactive gas/central heating repairs- these are covered under a separate contract.
Work to void properties will be included within the contract.
