II.1.4) Short description
ONR requires a partner that can deliver a range of training courses to all staff in a variety of roles across the organisation. It is expected that the successful bidder will be suitably qualified to deliver high quality face to face training to ONR staff using a range of delivery techniques including experiential learning, workshop style courses, role plays and syndicate exercises. Course tutors should provide their own training materials and content which will need to be agreed with the ONR Academy team prior to the courses being delivered.
