The contract will be awarded for a period of 2 years, (2020-2022) with an option to extend for a further 1 year; plus 1 year. The contract will be subject to review on a regular basis and satisfactory performance against published key performance indicators.

Years 3 and 4 should have an indication of % uplift against each year.
