In brief below but as set out in tender documents uploaded to PCS
— the contractors must be a member of gas safe register,
— membership of the heating and ventilating contractors' Association (HVCA) or equivalent body,
— access to residents properties,
— liaison with Hanover coordinator,
— programme of works for all annual inspections,
— annual gas service with certificate — emailed on completion of service to the Hanover coordinator,
— fully comprehensive servicing and repairs contract for all aspects of an individual boiler and hot water installation and solar pre-heat systems,
— no access reports and follow up regime,
— member of gas safe register — all operatives attending HSHA properties,
— KPI returns processed monthly by email.

The contract will be awarded for a period of 2 years, (2020-2022) with an option to extend for a further 1 year; plus 1 year. The contract will be subject to review on a regular basis and satisfactory performance against published key performance indicators.
