Due to funding requirements and to maintain an open procurement approach, Open Newtown are requesting tenders returned for the design development, tender and construction of the scheme from RIBA Stage 2+ through to RIBA stage 7.

The tender requests an Architect lead consultant by whom each of the following sub consultants may be employed:

Structural and Civil engineer; Mechanical and Electrical engineer;

Quantity Surveyor; Fire Consultant; Landscape Designers etc.
