Description of the goods or services required
The Pontypridd YMCA is currently undergoing an ambitious redevelopment project which will bring the historic building back into use, for the benefit of the community.
This work is being undertaken with funding from the Arts Council of Wales and Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council. The goal of the project is to create a facility that can amplify the energy and vitality of the Valleys and make a difference to people’s lives through participation in high-quality arts experiences.
The ambitious plans will bring the historic local venue back into community use by winter 2021, and will be run by Artis Community on behalf of the stakeholders.
We're now looking for like-minded organisations to join the Pontypridd YMCA community.
We have a range of office, nursery, retail and cafe spaces available to rent from Autumn 2021, and we'd love for you to join us on this incredibly exciting journey.

Minimum standards and qualification required
Artis Community Cymuned has elected to undertake an open call process for lease of the Pontypridd YMCA's spaces, to guarantee both transparency and value for money, and to ensure we're able to engage the widest possible range of applicant businesses.
Application forms for the individual spaces can be found on the Artis Community Website (https://artiscommunity.org.uk/). Alternatively, applicants can request an application pack via contact with development@artiscommunity.org.uk
This opportunity will also be promoted on Sell2Wales, although applications must be received via email to development@artiscommunity.org.uk, before 12pm on the deadline date.
Applications will be scored by a diverse range of stakeholders, representative of both the local community and the project's funders.
The scoring will be weighted as follows -
