Measurement & Control System
Must be compatible with third party control hardware via analogue or TTL signals.
Should ideally have hardwired safety controls to shut down in the event of adverse conditions e.g. leaks or blockages. The software we will use is Lab View, but more fundamentally we would prefer it to use analogue or TTL signals.
Capabilities
Must be a decanting centrifuge.
Must have a footprint of 2m x1m or as close as possible.
Must cope with a variety of feedstocks including wastewater sludges, food waste and some plant residues such as grass or straw.
Must be able to cope with incoming streams with at least 4% solids and preferably up to 12% solids or more.
Liquid and solid streams must be collectable on a continuous basis so they can be returned to the bioreactor automatically.
Utilities
AC single phase power 240v power supply is preferred. Please detail any alternative power supply put forward.
Accessories
All accessories strictly necessary for correct installation and operation of the centrifuge should be supplied and included in the tender submission cost.
Please detail additional, optional accessories as a separate item and cost.

Please provide lead time from receipt of order to delivery.
Operational instruction is also required upon installation or as soon as possible after installation and this should be included in the tender submission cost.

Details of the level of technical support provided in relation to the usage, troubleshooting and adaptability of the equipment is required in the tender submission.
Warranty
Details of equipment warranty and coverage must be included in tender submission
