Explanation
Soft market testing has been completed which established there is no other supplier on the market who can provide replacement of the legacy system and service to the existing equipment on a comparable level of cover.
The contract includes fully warranted Monitoring Equipment (new and existing); annual UKAS-accredited, on-site (‘non-disruptive’) Calibration; 24/7/365 Premium Cloud and Sensor Monitoring (voice, SMS and email); Remote Response and Reactive Repair (4R).
