Cadent has embarked upon a journey to transform its current HR application landscape and benefit from a unified integrated solution. SAP SuccessFactors has been selected for this purpose. Cadent now seeks to partner with a System Integrator who will lead and own the entire implementation and ensure the project delivers as required, which will include supplier collaboration with Cadent's SIAM partner.
The project scope includes the following SuccessFactors modules:
• employee central,
• compensation management,
• variable pay,
• performance management,
• goal management,
• succession planning,
• career development and planning,
• learning management,
• recruitment and career site builder,
• Onboarding 2.0,
• JAM (alignment to new modules only).
Respondents will be experienced in SAP SuccessFactors and will have considerable experience leading and resourcing projects of this nature.
