II.2.4) Description of the procurement
Provide surveys and reports in a timely manner including recommendations. The ability to supply a range of ventilation options including extractor fans, PIV and heat recovery units. Provide an installation service for all the products offered. The products must be accompanied with a significant warranty period which the supplier will be responsible for responding to should the need arise. Supply and fit service will take the form of both reactive, one-off installs across the geographical areas in which Thirteen Group owns properties and larger scale planned investment projects.
