The Council is inviting applications for the provision of Treasury Management Consultancy services to the Council which includes providing information and advice on the following:

- Financial Position Strategy

- Regulations / Legislation

- Economic conditions

- Interest Rate and Interest Rate Forecast

- Long term loans portfolio structure

- Debt rescheduling

- Investment Strategy

- Credit Ratings

- Code of Practice

- Fair value of loans and investments

As well as holding training and seminars, and regular meetings.

Total quantity or scope of tender

The contract is to commence on 1 February 2021 for a period of 5 years to 31 January 2026.

At the end of the 3 years, the contract will be subject to a possible further 24 months (12 +12) extension. Any extension of the contract period will be subject to a satisfactory service being delivered throughout the initial contract period and the desire of both parties to implement the extension period.

- Click on the relevant ITT to access the content.

- This will move the PQQ/ITT into your “My PQQ/ITTs” page. (This is a secure area reserved for your projects only)

- Click on the PQQ/ITT code, you can now access any attachments by clicking the “Settings and Buyer Attachments” in the “Actions” box

3. Responding to the tender

- You can now choose to “Reply” or “Reject” (please give a reason if rejecting)

- You can now use the ‘Messages’ function to communicate with the buyer and seek any clarification

- Note the deadline for completion, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete the ITT
