The contract will cover approximately 2,800 properties in and around the City of Cardiff. The works will be on a reactive basis and are estimated to be between 300,000 and 500,000 GBP per annum.

CCHA have considered their options for delivering the works in future and therefore are extending this contract for a further 6 months to allow for the transition to a new arrangement.
