Remodelling and Refurbishment at Caerleon Lodge Hill Inf, Newport

Description of the goods or services required

The existing school is to be fully refurbished to provide suitable facilities for a KS1 setting.

It is anticipated that this will include a full MEP strip out and refit, redecoration, new ceilings and new windows and doors.

The existing roof will be removed and a new building reg (Part L) compliant roof installed.

The existing kitchen will be stripped out and the facility converted to a simplicity kitchen.
