Abstract
The existing school is to be fully refurbished to provide suitable facilities for a KS1 setting.
It is anticipated that this will include a full MEP strip out and refit, redecoration, new ceilings and new windows and doors.

Underfloor Heating System
The underfloor heating system is to be laid on top of existing screeds and all door bottoms to be adjusted accordingly. There is no requirement to remove existing screed. All existing floor coverings including tiled surfaces to be removed and made good to receive the underfloor heating system which will have a screed applied over the top as specification.
