Explanation
Software AG (UK) Ltd own the Intellectual Property Rights to Software AG software and have exclusive rights to provide the software including upgrades, patches and bug fixes.
The software including support and maintenance is only available directly from Software AG (UK) Ltd and as such cannot be procured through any Government Frameworks or other methods of competition.
