A contract administration tool with reporting capability for use within National Grid UK Ltd and its supply chain.
The software must have the capability to administer all contractual obligations whilst being client-configurable to permit multiple concurrent configurations featuring amendments for example, to clauses, clause numbers and contractual timescales.
The expected quantity is 200 contracts per year with an average duration of 18 months for circa 1250 users.
The system should be available for use on all future contracts with the ability to migrate live contracts from the legacy contract administration system (approximately 1500 active projects).
The system needs capability to support NEC3 and NEC4 contracts of various forms alongside a limited number of FIDIC contracts.
Ideally, the software should have the capability to support other contract families such as IChemE, JCT or other contracts terms in the future.
