The contract will be for supply and fit of internal furniture only and we require specialist library design services to supply quality modern furniture that will also attune to the existing aesthetic of the space.

If the refurbishment of lot 2 (Wath Library) can commence at the same time as lot 1 then only one contract will be required, however it is envisaged that the award of lot 2 will be at a later date to lot 1 and will therefore require two separate contracts.
