EOECPH is seeking experienced, proven, innovative and agile providers as our framework partners to deliver compliant neutral vendor managed services at the most economically
advantageous price for contracting authorities. Fully managed clinical services offered under the framework should conform to HMRC COS VAT requirements where applicable.
Delivery of a comprehensive range of services from Providers who are able to deliver the scope of managed service contracts in respect of core services captured under the framework and other associated ancillary services which may be applicable to and required to ensure a fully managed neutral vendor provision for services captured under the framework.
