Abstract

Coychurch Higher Community Council wish to build upon the existing services provided by Heol y Cyw Welfare Hall by installing broadband and turning it into a digital hub. This commission is for a pilot study that aims to make Heol Y Cyw Welfare Hall a digital hub for the community. This will include bringing broadband into the hall, setting up WiFi and refurbishing the hall as a digital hub. The successful contractor will then provide a pilot of digital activities in the hub, including digital training, home schooling and home working, over a 6 month period.
