Abstract

NHS Derby & Derbyshire CCG; NHS Nottingham & Nottinghamshire CCG; NHS Coventry & Warwickshire CCG; NHS Lincolnshire CCG and NHS East Leicestershire & Rutland CCG are seeking to commission Lockable Mental Rehabilitation Services on a Framework Agreement basis. Providers are required to provide high dependency (lockable) rehabilitation and complex care rehabilitation for patients with learning disabilities, mental health issues and brain injuries.

Services covered by the Framework Agreement are:

• Mental Health Inpatient Rehabilitation Services

• Acquired Brain Injury Inpatient Mental Health Rehabilitation Services

• Learning Disability Inpatient Rehabilitation Services

• Learning Disability Assessment and Treatment Unit - Inpatient Bedded Model

• Specialist Personality Disorder Inpatient Rehabilitation Services

The service is a Schedule 3 Service and is being procured under the Light Touch Regime (LTR) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The process is a one stage process similar to an Open process. The process is to set up a Framework Agreement.

The contracts will commence 1st June 2022 and be for a period of 2 years with an option to extend for up to a further 12 months. All contracts are zero value, zero activity guaranteed. All CCGs named within this advert are able to call off against all services for the duration of the framework agreement with no restriction.

Please note as of April 2022, Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) will cease to exist as statutory bodies. As and when this happens contracts will automatically novate to the relevant successor body.
