Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) awarded a contract to Ernst & Young S.A.S to develop and provide a training for Internal Control Units / Offices, or those acting on their behalf in the new model recently defined by the Attorney General Office of Colombia. This is to enable the recipients of the training to exert or implement the preventive surveillance role for public procurement in Colombia. The training must take into account new regulatory framework (regulations and procedures) and technical models (tools and platforms) of the public procurement. The model must reflect the recent efforts made by the government of Colombia to incorporate the regulatory elements that promote gender equality and social inclusion in public procurement.
The contract may be extended by up to 4.5 months.
