Supporting people of all ages, ability and background to remove any possible cycling-related barriers to increase active travel within the borough of Westminster.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement
Westminster City Council (WCC) is considering a comprehensive, flexible cycle training services that adhere to nationally recognised standards to enable confidence, improve safety and knowledge on and off the bike. Supporting people of all ages, ability and background to remove any possible cycling-related barriers to increase active travel within the borough of Westminster.
The over-arching aim of this tender is to play a key role in educating children and adults in bike and road safety. The scope of services is to be enlarged to cover growing trends in pedestrian transport such as e bikes and scooters.
