• 18-21 Year old Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children (UASC) in receipt of a positive Home Office decision (e.g. granted Leave to Remain)
Essential Components / Criteria
The Provider must provide accommodation and 10 hours per week of direct one-to-one support per Young Person as outlined in Sections 6 and 7 of this Specification.
At the point of response to tender, the Provider must provide evidence that they are an approved registered provider of social housing with Derby City Council or that they have previously successfully claimed Housing Benefit from Derby City Council within the last year for 16/17 year olds in supported accommodation in Derby.
