II.2.4) Description of the procurement
The Science and Technology Facilities Council, part of UK Research and Innovation, is preparing a new Framework for 3 suppliers to carry out Project Construction Works at Daresbury Laboratory. This framework will be for minor works projects and let on a 2 year term, with an optional extension of a further 2 years. 3 suppliers will be expected to maintain a working relationship with the project team and will be invited to quote for works projects with value up to £650k per project as they are required.

Please note this is a Prior Information Notice sent in advance of the Contract Notice. STFC plan to launch the tender in early January 2024. STFC are hosting a Supplier Webinar to provide a an overview of the Framework, with the opportunity for Questions and Answers. This will be on Tuesday 12th December, at 9:00 am via Zoom. If you would like to attend, please send an email to: STFCprocurement@ukri.org by Friday 8th December and provide names and contact email address. Please note, a maximum of two people per supplier may attend. Please note the deadline date below is the deadline date to respond to the Webinar event.
