This Prior Information Notice with Call for Competition is to alert potential providers of Information Governance Services to complete the Standard Selection Questionnaire (SQ) and return before the SQ submission deadline of Thursday 4th January 2024 at 4pm. The SQ template and a Statement of Requirements document is attached to this PIN. Any clarifications on the SQ process or associated documents please contact the buyer via email icbprocurementteam@cheshireandmerseyside.nhs.uk. Completed SQ document must be returned to the Authority using the same email, before the above closing deadline.

Mandatory Technical & Professional Ability Criteria:
1. The potential Supplier MUST have previous experience in providing the Information Governance and Data Protection Services to a similar NHS organisation, NHS Acute or Non-Acute Trusts or other NHS National or Regional Organisations such as Integrated Care Boards (ICB). Contract examples below should clearly articulate the services provided in the context of the contract scope and should be in respect of contracts for the provision of Information Governance and Data Protection Services performed during the three years to November 2023.
2. The potential Supplier MUST have experience in relation to Information Security, understanding of e.g. Cloud Technology, Technical Architecture etc. Also the Organisation and / or Staff MUST hold the following or equivalent qualifications.
CISSP
GCHQ Cyber Assessment Framework (CAF)
ISO27001
Cyber Essentials Plus
3. The potential Supplier MUST have experience of managing TUPE, preferably within an NHS environment and MUST confirm their intention to comply with TUPE regulations.
4. The potential Supplier MUST have experience of delivering Social Value during the delivery of the contracts, preferably within the Cheshire and Merseyside Region, with regards to the Government Social Value priorities.

For the avoidance of doubt, the purpose of this PIN with Call for Competition is to invite potential providers of Information Governance Services to participate in the Selection stage of the Restricted Procurement process. Upon completion of this stage, the Authority will assess the Standard Selection Questionnaire (SQ) submissions, select the technically and professionally capable providers and invite them to participate in the Invitation to Tender (ITT) stage.
