Meet the design The Rainbow Foundation has requested.

Evidenced the quality of materials to be used.

Can meet the build deadline for all works.

Contractor has kept within the £215,000 budget including contingency.

The contractor can provide three references of previous work with contact details for The Rainbow Foundation to visit.

Contractor willing to give a presentation to The Rainbow Foundation on their tender if requested.

The contractor has provided a CV of the site manager.

Contractor can provide their financial standing.

Provided financial background.

Self-certify whether you already have, or can commit to obtain the relevant insurances as stated above, prior to the commencement of the contract.

The contactor will only employ staff that are professional trades’ staff to carry out the works that are required, and to the highest possible standard.

It is paramount that as a Contractor you take ownership for quality workmanship, together with complete customer care and customer satisfaction.

It is a requirement of this Contract, that as Contractor, you include for a competent Site Manager who must have relevant experience in the industry. It is important to highlight that all works must be managed by a named Site Manager. Any Site Manager, on this Contract must hold a valid Site Manager Safety Training Scheme qualification (SMSTS) and preferably, be a CSCS card holder (Black Site Managers CSCS)
