London and Quadrant are looking for a service provider for Court Advocacy Services.The service provider will be expected to attend all court hearings on our behalf across all boroughs and courts. London and Quadrant currently refer around 1100 cases per annum to court for non-payment of rent. Courts range from Uxbridge to Brighton to Ispwich. The successful supplier will be legally trained and able to argue case law and dispute and have a proven track record of successful court hearing attendance and outcome.
