The Contractor shall throughout the Contract Period: a) provide an undercover, fully licensed Delivery Point including any bulking facilities for the routine receipt of Contract Recyclables and other materials from ODS and ODS-authorised Collection Vehicles; andb) ensure that Contract Recyclables and other materials delivered to them are loaded onto the Lot 2 Contractor’s haulage vehicles.c) Remove any large and obvious contamination contained within the Contract Recyclables before loading into the Lot 2 contractor haulage vehicles.
