Abstract

Menter Ty’n Llan wish to appoint a contractor to deliver the second phase of a comprehensive heritage development project to conserve and develop Tafarn Ty’n Llan, Llandwrog. The work is to include the following: ● Fully refurbish and remodel the interior ● A rear extension on the site of the Pigsty with windows looking south towards yr Eifl, for use primarily as a dining area and community space. ● Five first-floor en-suite bedrooms ● Refurbish the Stable for use as a multifunctional community room ● An attractive family-friendly beer garden ● Reconfigure parking area with disabled spaces and electric vehicle and electric bike charging points ● Install Ground Source Heat Pump and Solar Panels.

Menter Ty’n Llan wish to appoint a contractor to deliver the second phase of a comprehensive heritage development project to conserve and develop Tafarn Ty’n Llan, Llandwrog.
