Abstract

FCDO Services, as a trading fund of the Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO), has, as part of its remit, responsibility for the secure delivery of Diplomatic Mail and Commercial government shipments to approximately 280 Posts in 179 Countries and Islands around the world, a responsibility we have held for over 800 years.

The Diplomatic Bag plays a pivotal role in ensuring UK government foreign policy is implemented and that our people remain safe, motivated, and informed.

FCDO Services wishes to award a contract for the provision of Logistic Bags for the next three (3) years with the option to extend by a further two (2) extension periods of twelve (12) months each subject to satisfactory performance.

This is a Restricted tender. To access this tender, suppliers are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement with the Authority. Interested suppliers shall send an email to Corporate.ProfessionalServices@fcdo.gov.uk with the following details:
