Thurrock Council is commissioning an Information, Support and Advice Service for unpaid carers within Thurrock, with the aim of having a positive impact on unpaid carers physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing during their caring role. This service will provide Information, Support and Advice to any unpaid carers identified in Thurrock over the age of 18 years. Further information can be found in the specification.The contract is for six years with the option to extend by a further two years.The Council operated this procurement under the Light Touch Regime for Social and Other Specific Services, as set out in the PCR 2015, at Section 7 (Regulations 74 to 77) and Schedule 3.
