The contract will be for an initial period of 3 years (01 February 2025 – 31 January 2028) with an option to extend for another two years, subject to satisfactory performance.

Royal Borough of Greenwich wishes to procure a reliable, cost effective and cost efficient service. Service performance will be measured through compliance with the service specification, contract's terms and conditions and performance indicators including collection cycles within agreed timescale, timely submission of invoices, providing required data, fulfill the sampling requirements to support behavioural improvement and ensuring health & safety.
