Maidstone Borough Council (MBC) is looking to procure a gardening contract for both its temporary accommodation properties and the communal spaces for Maidstone Property Holdings Properties (MPH).
The gardens in temporary accommodation units are a mix of private residential and communal spaces with service requirements ranging from basic patio weeding to full-scale landscaping. These properties could have tenants in situ, and access may be required through the property if there is no rear access available. The Maidstone Property Holdings areas are largely communal spaces with the need for basic maintenance.
