Abstract

The contract comprises the repair and maintenance of the fabric, finishes and services, including minor works at properties within the charge of the Council within the Derbyshire Dales District Council boundary.The type of maintenance and repair work will range from emergency repairs to routine and non-urgent work, which could include minor improvements.The initial contract period shall be for 2 years. There will be an option to extend the contract for 3 further years in annual increments, subject to satisfactory performance and business needs. Maximum contract period is 5 years.
