Wayfinding and Interior Signage at the National Library of Wales

Description of the goods or services required

The National Library of Wales (NLW) is seeking to procure a wayfinding evaluation, design, production and installation company with expertise in public sector and heritage spaces to undertake the design and installation of a signage and wayfinding system for the interior of the National Library of Wales (NLW). It is a condition of the tender submission that all interested contractors complete an authorised site visit prior to submitting their tenders.

The Services required are all-in multi-disciplinary consultancy services as necessary to deliver the project to time and budget working in association with the Cost Management and Project Management Teams.

The appointed consultant shall take responsibility for and manage the contracts for the required services for (but not exclusive to):

· Design

· Electrical works (if sign lighting is included)

· Accessibility solutions

· Installation

· Handover
