Planned Tender to procure Contractors to undertake the Contract of maintenance of the Rural Highways Verge Maintenance Service (Grass Cutting of Highways Rural Verges)

Cyngor Gwynedd are issuing this PPN to make the market aware that we intend on going out to market to procure Contractors to undertake the Contract of the maintenance of the Rural Highways Verge Maintenance Service (Grass Cutting of Highways Rural Verges)

Cyngor Gwynedd has responsibility for ensuring that the Highways Rural Verge Maintenance is of a high standard and will wish to satisfy itself that the contracted service to be provided complies with all statutory requirements which are, or would otherwise have been, obligatory

The proposed service will be carried out in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the NEC4 term service short contract.
