Explanation

Done under the new PA23 regime and is deemed compliant under Sch 5,6.a. “6 The following conditions are met in relation to the public contract— (a) due to an absence of competition for technical reasons, only a particular supplier can supply the goods, services or works required”. This is enhanced support for end of life services which Oracle is the only one that can provide compliant Severity 1 fixes and security updates.
