This exercise is being carried out by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) on behalf of the Commissioner.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement
NHS Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Integrated Care Board (BNSSG ICB) sought to secure prime provider(s) with the capability and capacity to deliver an APMS service at Graham Road Surgery and Horizon Health Centre, in line with specified requirements.
The contract duration will be for 15 years, with a service commencement date of 1st June 2026.
TUPE will apply to the transfer of the contract from the incumbent provider to the incoming provider and this information will be supplied to Bidders on request.
Total Value of the contract is £51 million (excluding VAT).
This procurement has been carried out by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) on behalf of the Commissioners.
