Justification for selected award procedure:
The procurement falls outside the scope of application of the Directive
Explanation
This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice for Direct award C. The
awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime)
Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts
Regulations 2015 or Procurement Act 23 do not apply to this award. The standstill period will
conclude midnight 19th December 2025. An award notice will be published on or after 29th December 2025
Decision to award was made by Director of Public Health.
The basic and 5 key criteria were all applied. The provider response was evaluated and all
criteria scored above the required pass rate.
